How long will delivery take?
Depending on service selected:
Standard Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time of 3 - 4 working days from date of dispatch*
UK Next Day – Tracked Service, Delivery time Next working day from date of dispatch*
Saturday Delivery - Tracked Service, Delivered Saturday by 2pm if ordered before 7pm Friday
Standard Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time from 3 – 5 working days from date of dispatch*
Express Shipping – Tracked Service, Delivery time from 2 – 3 working days from date of dispatch*
*please note all next day delivery orders received by 7pm are dispatched the same day, any orders received after 7pm are dispatched the next working day.
Help I've been issued a store credit !
Store credits are only issued for two reasons either your returned order has passed our 14 days return period or you returned your order without a returns form. Due to the speed we process returns we are unable to wait for missing information to process a return, so in these circumstances we issue you a store credit - if this is not acceptable kindly email us on info@missyempire.com and a refund will be issued (this only applies to returns received within the 14 day return period).
To use your store credit simply log into your account, at the checkout page you will see the option to pay with store credit simply tick this option and complete checkout.
If you do not have a registered account one will have been created for you using the email address you originally used, simply click "forgotten password" and reset your password to access your account (please check your spam/junk folder if you did not receive the password reset email).
Have you received my return ?
If you have returned the parcel via a trackable service, we recommended tracking the parcel to see if it has been delivered before contacting us. If the parcel is showing as delviered, kindly allow 10 - 14 working days for us to process your return.

You can only exchange an item once you have received it, you will need to send the item back to us, please follow the instructions on our returns page.
Do I need to sign for my delivery ?
All items are sent tracked, depending on service selected you will be required to sign for delivery.
Will I be charged customs and import duties ?
Not for deliveries in the UK, however, International deliveries may incur customs fees but you will need to confirm with your courier.
Do you deliver to po box and bfpo addresses ?
Can I use more than one discount code on my order ?
Unfortunately no, we only allow one discount/promo code per order.
Do you accept student discount ?

Why won’t my discount code work ?
Depending on the code/promo some codes will not work on the following categories - sale, shoes, beauty & accesories. Also some codes are time sensitive, so you may be outside the use by date.

What are the delivery times during the Christmas period ?
Although Missy Empire will try it's up most to have every order dispatched on time however during the Christmas period the couriers do fall a day behind with delivery times, so please order bear this in mind when selecting your delivery method.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? is my data protected?
We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit / debit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After placing your order, an email will be sent with your order details (please check your spam/junk folder). You will then receive another email confirming the item has been dispatched and is on it’s way to you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes an Invoice/Packing Slip will always be included in the parcel.
I am yet to receive my order?
If your item has been dispatched and the selected delivery time has passed, please email us on info@missyempire.com.
We will get in touch with the couriers and inform you on the whereabouts of your order.
If for some reason our courier has lost the item, we will post a free replacement item.
We will gladly exchange or refund any order within 28 days of you receiving receipt, provided the item returned does not breach our return policy.
